When you are working through an unfamiliar setting or trying to understand a technical problem, a useful conversation is worth keeping. GroundZero 7 gives that conversation its own desktop window and stores the transcript as Markdown.
It also supports attachments, configurable commands, and optional built-in and MCP tools. Tool use follows a configurable approval policy. Conversations are sent to the provider you select; saving transcripts locally does not mean every configured AI provider runs locally.

A first look
GroundZero 7 is in development. A public download is not linked here yet. An AI provider must be configured separately; provider costs and data handling depend on that provider.
